By booking a service through Vision Healthcare — whether by phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website — you agree to the following terms.
We provide home healthcare services including nursing and attendant care, doctor visits, home ICU setup, physiotherapy, and medical equipment rental across Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad. Final pricing depends on patient condition, duration, and equipment required, and is confirmed before service begins.
Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service so we can reassign staff accordingly.
Our staff are trained and vetted; however, medical outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. Please discuss any concerns about a patient's care plan directly with the assigned doctor or nurse.
